Otherwise, you can encounter these problems. Instance-1: Inappropriately Fitted Tops and Bottoms: Sarah had been struggling with her physical strength a lot. She finally decided to work out, i.e., at least practice yoga. The first session was supposed to be exciting. Little did she know it was going to be a horrible one. Sarah chose to wear cramped clothes for her first session, which was a bad idea. As she began making and holding yoga posture, she seemed to stumble a lot. Her tight clothes restricted her movement.
